Our team are experts in their own fields. We have cabinet makers with years of experience to create the highest standard of furniture with original features or unique assets to meet the most bespoke of styles.

CHRIS VERITY
Responsible for initial meetings with customers, either at their homes or at our workshops to discuss their projects. Initial drawings and designs will be drafted with all amendments being thoroughly discussed and agreed upon at each stage.
Chris is a fully skilled cabinet maker with over 28 years of experience in management and production.
PHIL DAWES
Phil has vast experience (28 years) in all manufacturing methods and is rarely phased by intricate design details or requirements. Phil runs the workshops and is responsible for getting the projects off the drawing board and through to installation.
He is the driving force behind the demanding training that our apprentices undertake to become a skilled cabinet-maker.
ANDY PATTISON
Andy worked with Chris and Phil for over 15 years prior to them setting up Christopher Philips in 2007, and has been an essential part of the team from day one.
A highly skilled polisher and finisher, he is well regarded by colleagues and customers alike and will accept nothing less than the highest standards. Andy is often responsible for the smooth running of a site project once the installation of the cabinet work is complete.
RICH WILBER
Chris, Phil, and Andy worked with Rich at a previous cabinet-making company for over 15 years and he joined us in 2018 as a highly-skilled addition to our team.
He has a great can-do attitude and is equally as competent installing on-site as he is in the cabinet workshops.
SHARON DAWES
Phil’s wife, Sharon is a friendly face in the Christopher Philips office. Sharon is responsible for sales invoices, supplier invoice processing, payroll, VAT returns as well as general administrative work.
Her friendly professional attitude in dealing with both customers and suppliers makes her a great asset to the company.
LEYTON DAWES
Leyton has joined our team to carry out his cabinet-making apprenticeship.

MIKE GRANT
Mike joined the team in June 2021 to assist Chris and Phil with managing the business.
Having worked together in previous employment they know each other well.
ANDREW YEOMANS
Andrew joined the team in Sept 2022 as a cabinet maker. He keeps us all in tune!!!
In his spare time, he plays the cornet for the Wetherby Silver band.
TRACY HOLDER
Tracy is a freelance graphic designer and has worked with us since 2015.
She is responsible for keeping us all coordinated with her graphic design skills she ensures quality and high standards run right through the business.
