The kitchen in this local cottage had a lot of interesting features to work around in order to create a dream cooking and dining area.

Three existing alcoves were utilised to form a drinks cabinet, food larder, and store. The large curved peninsular was designed to separate the cooking and dining areas and create more storage space. The cabinetry is hand-painted with stunning effect in traditional oil eggshell paint.

A Kohler ice trough incorporated into the River White granite will ensure a cold drink is always to hand when entertaining.

The utility room was quite an awkward shape but we still managed to fit in an American fridge freezer, Belfast sink, washer, drier and bespoke boot cabinet to make this a truly practical workspace!
