Large floor to ceiling cabinets offer plenty of storage, including specific space for the hoover, ironing board, slide out laundry baskets and a hanging rail for clean washing. The bi-folding doors recess into the sides of the cabinets to create extra space.

The contrasting navy base cabinets and under-mounted sink create a modern feel to the room, finished with brass pulls to the doors, and a corner seat to fill that last piece of space.

The downstairs WC, adjoining the utility room, continues the theme of the utility with matching built-in cabinets and vanity unit with integrated sink.
